Cherry Restaurant

Haippp...I think I found another favorite place to dine in. Siuk sini...Cherry Restaurant. The environment looks like cosy place or starred hotel's restaurant but hehe...not that cosy. It is a restaurant owned by Cherry Club at Inanam. Very convenient place. They have own parking space inside the club. No need to pusing2 kepala cari parking. The security guard will acts like a jockey to find parking for you. Siuk kan...Most important the food itself :)

 Chinese Tea Ping

Shark Fin Soup (RM13 per pax)

 Vege (RM8)

Lemon Chicken (RM15)

For sure this going to be my favorite spot to dine in :)

Tomyam

OOO...bukan masakan ku tuh!!! Gambar sekadar hiasan pinjam dari uncle Google. Nak cerita pengalaman si penggila2 tomyam di KK. Hah..dulu2 time baru balik KK order tomyam macam hampeh jak sebab rasa dia tak sedap seperti di semenanjung.Lidah sudah terbiasa rasa tomyam sana. Ngee... Lama2 tu jumpa kawan2 kerja yang gila tomyam then suggest tempat best.

So takda la kena book sendiri meja. Service memang baik. Tempat??? Kat Bundusan. Harga macam biasalah harga restoran.

2) Nam Nak Thai
Errmm...not sure ejaan dia. Yang restoran Thai di Api2 sebaris dengan CIMB bank. Ahh....ini memang original tomyam Thai. Tomyam putih. Sedap....tapi agak pricey la.But worth the money.

3)Norita Tomyam
Ini pun tempat kaki2 tomyam selalu pergi. Jalan Tuaran Batu 3/4.Tomyam merah tiada susu.Harga restoran biasa.

Setakat itu je restoran tomyam yang selalu dilawati. Tak nak order tomyam tempat lain sebab mesti frust. Nak masak sendiri lagi la frust.Uhuks...

Ok Bai..

Ayam Masak Lemak Tempoyak

Ching!Rolling on the floor laughing

Homemade Ayam Goreng Berempah

Hi…What have you took for lunch today?

I just finished my homemade ayam goreng berempah. Hehe…not bad juga. To admit that I’m not a good cooker but recently I have force to fall in love with cooking activity. Bah..bagus juga masak sendiri because I can keep the RM for breakfast and lunch into my piggy bank. Some more, you can practise or enhance your cooking skills for orang tersayang. A good friend of mine had once told me that ‘masakan akan  sedap kalau dimasak dengan kasih sayang’. Hrmm…I think she have her point there!

Ok, I would like to show you how to cook this simple dish.

First, you must find this powder called ‘Five Spices’ from grocery shop. It cost RM3.30 per bottle. This powder really help to shorten the preparation time. You don’t have to collect and blend all the spices anymore. All in one bottle. Masakan bujang oooo…

Then….

ayam perap

marinate the chicken with 5 spices powder, salt, aji, curry leaves and lemon grass as you seen on the picture. Erm…my basin in PINK colour. You can tell how much I heart pink.

Leave them to blend well for 10 minutes +++. While waiting, you can blog walking as I did. Then fry the marinated chicken with oil cooking.

Finally

Hong Kong Recipe?

DSC00157

It looks just usual right? Probably your homemade is appears better than this. My first visit to this restaurant called ‘Hong Kong Recipe’ was in 1B. It was a food marvellous memory! The occupancy  is always dense.

Last week I saw another branch in Warisan Square. I’m not sure which branch was opened first. I was excited to feel the memory of sasau fried rice again. This fried rice with chicken wings is taste as the way it look. Macam biasa saja! But don’t judge them easily because they still have many other dishes to choose to. Maybe I just wrongly ordered or the taste just not in with my tongue. The price for the whole plate + chinese tea ping was RM10++.

Might dine in again to try their other Hong Kong recipes!
